June 22-27: All of the Company's barges, AJS 101 through
AJS 107, were launched by Trinity Marine Products and were inspected and approved by the Company's marine surveyor, Cairo
Marine Service, Inc.

July 2012
July 3 - Formal delivery by Trinity Marine Products of all seven barges to the Company and closing
on the Company's loan financing from Peoples State Bank of Newton, Illinois. The barges have been placed in service
under the management of Heartland Barge Management, LLC (www.heartlandbarge.com).
